Lady and the Tramp - Tony's Restaurant Artwork
The scene at Tony's Restaurant where the two dogs fall in love over a plate of spaghetti was originally cut by Walt when it was still in storyboard form. Disney animator Frank Thomas believed in the potential of the scene to depict sincerity and innocence without being excessively sentimental, so he brought the idea to life and won Walt over. Enhanced with the famous song "Bella Notte," this scene touched the hearts of the audience and is among the most iconic scenes in animation film history.
