In today’s episode, our hosts, Tracey and Scott talk about their upcoming trip to California in November. On this trip they will take a Disney Cruise, make a stop at Legoland California and wrap it up with a return to Disneyland. They’ll discuss what they are looking forward to experiencing in California and what experiences will be new to them. Along the way they’ll check in with The Mortis over at the Cinema and look ahead to a milestone episode.
In today’s episode, our hosts, Tracey and Scott revisit a popular segment: Make Mine Music. This time around, they’re presenting a countdown of their ten favorite more serious songs from Disney films of the 1990s. Along the way they’ll call over to the Main Street Cinema and wrap up the show with some Indiana Comic-Con and Marvel news.
In today’s episode, our hosts, Scott and Tracey, bring back one of the more popular segments as they play Make Mine Music by counting down their favorite songs from the Disney Legends Richard and Robert Sherman. The duo is better known as the Sherman Brothers. Over their career at Disney, they received four Academy Award nominations and a Grammy award and wrote over 200 songs for 27 movies and two dozen TV productions. They also contributed music for several theme park attractions at Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Epcot. With that large amount of output, our hosts will have a difficult time narrowing it down to their top five favorites.
All this plus a call to the Main Street Cinema to check in on the Mortis and a look at some upcoming Disney related events they might attend.
3, 2, 1 . . . Happy New Year! Well, every night was New Year’s Eve on Pleasure Island at Walt Disney World, the subject of March’s Forgotten Favorite. Our hosts will dive into the history of this former shopping, dining and entertainment district (both actual and invented). After their visit with Mr. Funmeister and Scott getting his leisure suit on, it’s time for some music with the stars as our hosts revisit the Make Mine Music theme. Tracey and Scott continue to work their way through the theme parks with a countdown of their favorite music from Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. All this, plus a call over to the Main Street Cinema to check in on the Mortis and a look ahead to the next episode.
